- What is the typical engagement length?
- Four to twelve weeks, depending on the practice area. Most cloud landing zones and AI-agent builds land in the four-to-eight-week range. SIEM and detection-engineering work is typically eight to twelve weeks.
- Do you bill hourly or fixed-fee?
- Every engagement is fixed-fee. Scope is agreed in writing before kickoff, priced as one number, and paid in two tranches. No T&M creep. If the scope changes, we agree on the change in writing before starting any new work.
- Where are you based and do you travel?
- Headquartered in Tampa, Florida. We deliver remotely across eighteen US metros by default and travel for the discovery week and launch week of any engagement where being in the room matters.
- Which clouds do you work in?
- Azure, AWS, and GCP. Most engagements are multi-cloud at some layer (identity, observability, marketplace). We have shipped production work in all three this year.
- How quickly do you respond to inquiries?
